I want to say thank you to you and Nationwide for acting very responsively to my roof and fence situation due to the Sandy Storm. Nationwide answered all of my phone calls in a very courteous and professional way and your office did everything possible to make me feel very comfortable with the outcome of the claim. In addition the Adjuster that came to my home was knowledgeable of the situation and extremely professional and sympathetic to my issues.

I have been with NW for 15+ yrs and expect to be with you for another 15+. There is no other company that treats their policy holders the ways NW treated me.

Just felt like I should take the time to boast about Ms. Gilley. I have been a customer for around 6 yrs. She has always been so helpful and polite.It really means a lot these days when people go out of their way for a customer and take the time to show they appreciate the customer. I have had plenty of chances to go else where especially homeowners insurance but it means the world that I can have a 1 on 1 conversation with a real person that cares.
