Our History
The The Keats Agency was established in 1993 with its first office in Floral Park, New York. Since then the firm has grown to providing over 15,000 clients in 6 states with friendly professional services. We have 7 offices in the counties of Nassau, Queens, Orange and Sullivan in New York and, Coweta County in the Atlanta, Georgia region.
Agency founder Ronald Keats, CLU has been providing professional insurance advice since 1977. He is well renowned in the industry and throughout the country. Insurance carriers often invite Mr. Keats to speak at meetings, conferences and events, and ask for his participation in their advisory councils.
Our Future
We are committed to offering individuals and business owners Professional Advice, Personal Care and Responsible Service that goes beyond expectation. The firm seeks out experienced professionals 365 days a year to join our team and offer our well deserving clientele as good of an insurance experience as they can get.
We will continue to expand the firm to other locations. We believe the expansion will allow us to better serve our clients with the added convenience of local service. Our size contributes to our ability to secure additional markets which are not available to small agencies. More markets (insurance companies) put us in a better position to weather insurance market declines like the 2001 to 2004 “hard” market where rates soared and companies simply did not want the New York business.
