Cassandra joined the Keats Insurance Agency in 2008. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health insurance, Cassandra takes pride in running the Service Team for the agency. She started in the insurance industry in 1996 with Liberty Mutual in the claims department and transitioned into sales and service. Cassandra's talent, and experience, lead to the current role of Agency Service Manager. Cassandra leads an amazing service team to ensure that quality and service exceed expectations. In this role, Cassandra has a hands-on approach to train, guide and motivate the Keats Agency Service Team. There are no shortcuts in this process as she is continuously trying to find ways to improve. Her passion for her team and role, is showcased on a daily basis.

Cassandra is committed to build trust and strong long-term relationships with our KA members. Casandra’s personal time is spent with family, watching her son coach basketball, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time as a family is the most important thing to her.
